INFORMATION SESSION FOR ATHLETES

We’ll cover everything young athletes need to succeed—how to train the right way, fuel your body with proper nutrition, build strength and conditioning, and keep improving your skills. You’ll also learn the importance of enjoying the game, finding the right coach, breaking down film, and being a great teammate.

Most importantly, we’ll talk about what it really takes to reach the next level.

This is your chance to gain the tools and knowledge that go beyond the court and set you apart as a player.

INFORMATION SESSION FOR PARENTS

for parents, this session will give you a clear picture of what the basketball journey can look like for athletes at both the middle school and high school levels.

we’ll explain what players should work on to make their skills translatable AT the next level, finding the right skill trainer and highlighting on and off court do’s and dont’s.

We'll also walk through the different pathways available, from local opportunities like U-Sports and OCAA, to options in the U.S, such as NCAA Division I and II, NAIA, and JUCO.

Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge and tools to understand the recruiting process, so you can confidently support your athlete in choosing the right path for their future.
